Annual Business & Community Meeting

Join BOMA Greater Tucson for our Annual Business & Community Meeting as we conduct important chapter business, elect our 2027 leadership, and give back to our community.

During the meeting, voting members will:

• Review the 2026 financials
• Approve the 2027 budget
• Elect the 2027 Officers and Board of Directors
• Vote to approve the updated BOMA Greater Tucson Bylaws

Your vote matters — and we must have a quorum to conduct business.

Voting Information

Each Primary Principal Member and Primary Associate Member is entitled to one (1) vote at Business Meetings.

Ballots will be emailed to all eligible voting members on October 8.

If a Primary voter is unable to attend, an Additional Representative designated by that Primary Member may vote by proxy. If you do not have a member who can attend in your place, you may request an absentee ballot. Completed absentee ballots must be returned by October 19, 2026.

Giving Back to Our Community

We will also be supporting Interfaith Community Services (ICS) Fall Food Drive. Attendees are encouraged to bring nonperishable food, holiday meal items, pet food, diapers, and wipes to help local families in need.
