Heather Baron has been active in Tucson real estate since 2001, with experience spanning residential sales, new home construction operations, project management, and commercial real estate management. Her background includes retail, office, multifamily, and assisted living properties, and her current portfolio totals more than 1,000,000 square feet of office, medical, government, storage, and retail space, including Tucson Marketplace at The Bridges. Heather holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, is an active member of CREW Tucson, and serves on the board of BOMA Greater Tucson, where she was Board President from 2021 to 2022.  

Jeramy Price | VOLK Company
Jeramy Price brings a well-rounded perspective to retail real estate, with experience as both a business owner and commercial real estate professional. His expertise includes leasing, sales, development, and redevelopment of shopping centers, restaurants, freestanding buildings, and retail land across Arizona and New Mexico. He specializes in investment sales, site selection, expansion strategy, and tenant and landlord representation. Jeramy has been a consistent top producer at VOLK Company and has earned multiple Best-in-Class recognitions from TREND Report.

Bruce Suppes | CBRE Office
Bruce Suppes is an Office Specialist with CBRE and has spent more than 20 years representing clients in Tucson’s office market. Over the course of his career, he has listed more than 550 office buildings and completed over 1,200 lease and sale transactions totaling more than $350 million and 3.6 million square feet. Before joining CBRE, Bruce built a successful career in commercial sales, advising clients from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies.

Kameron “Kam” Norwood | Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR
Kameron “Kam” Norwood joined Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR in 2023, bringing an entrepreneurial background and a passion for commercial real estate in his hometown of Tucson. Before entering CRE, he founded and grew multiple businesses, including an award-winning CBD brand and PackDash, a third-party logistics company that was later sold in 2023. Kam now uses his experience in business operations, leadership, and supply chain strategy to better serve his clients.
